SCYH Registration

Registration forms are available here: 2024-2025 Registration Form.

1) Registration: April 6 - September 1, 2024. Cost $240

2) Late Registration: After September 1, 2024. Cost $280

Registrations will be collected at the end of business day on Sept. 1. Anything not in our 

hands at the end of the business day will be considered late and the cost will be $280. 

Late registrations will NOT be guaranteed a spot on a team. Last season we reached our 

Maximum number for enrollment. 

Registration forms can be dropped off at Strathroy Sports, 5 Front st. W, Strathroy, or mailed to 

Strathroy Caradoc Youth Hockey P.O. Box 42 Strathroy ON, N7G 3J1 or emailed to

info@scyh.ca if paying by e transfer.

Age Groups

● Group A - players born between 2017-2019

● Group B - players born between 2014-2016

● Group C - players born between 2011-2013

● Group D - high school aged players (2007-2010)
