Positions and Responsibilities
Convenor Responsibilities:
Convenors are assigned to each age group and act as a liason between the players, parents, coaches, and the executive. They answer quesitons, assist in desputes and help organize their assigned age group and refer to executive when necessary as well as facilitate communication from executive to coaches, parents and players. Convenors are asked to represent their age group at executive meetings when possible as their input is valued.
